Who we are.

Helping People and Improving the Community

Residential Imagineering LLC was founded by Kurt Krasavage in March of 2017 and formally launched as a full-time business in May of 2022.

After successfully buying, renovating, and selling single family homes, managing multiple rental properties, and spending seven years as a real estate agent as a part-time job, Kurt decided to pursue his love and passion for the industry and dedicate his time and focus to investing in real estate to help people and improve the community.

About Kurt

Kurt grew up in Larksville, PA and has spent the majority of his life in Northeast PA. Kurt has been involved with construction since he was just twelve years old, spending his summers building homes and working for his father's concrete construction business.

Kurt has always been fascinated by solving complex problems and drawn to architecture which led him to Penn State. In 2008, Kurt graduated with a 5-year degree in Architectural Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus.

Since 2008, Kurt has worked for several start-ups and industry tech leaders helping thousands of architects, engineers, and contractors become more efficient, sustainable, and safer through the use of design and construction technology.

The Whys.

Why the Name?

Residential Imagineering (IMAGINE - ering) was inspired by the Walt Disney Imagineers. Kurt has always been fascinated by the work of the Imagineers. As a teenager, Kurt dreamed of designing roller-coasters and buildings which ultimately led him to engineering.
